Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Due to the nature of desiccant products, opened or used packets cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@desiccantdirect.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Bulk and Custom Orders

Bulk orders and custom/special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders that have been manufactured to your specifications may not be eligible for return. Please review your order carefully before confirming bulk or custom purchases.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different size or quantity. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
