Desiccant Direct provides silica gel packets and moisture control products for commercial and industrial use. All products are sold "as-is" and are intended for moisture absorption purposes. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase for standard orders. For approved business accounts, net-30 payment terms may be available upon request and credit approval. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be made in US dollars.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship from US warehouses and strive to process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on shipping method selected and destination. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
